Roller garage doors are the doors that are made up of narrow strips of aluminum. When ever the car is parked in the garage and we need a door to protect it the doors fulfills the purpose but when the door is not in use it rools up into the upper panel. These thin strips help it in rolling. Such type of doors is of great advantage to the people who live in houses with short driveways or have space problems. These doors just move in two directions that are downward and upward. Therefore they do not occupy space on either side of the door. In certain places where there are security purposes and less frequently at homes the automatic roller garage doors are used. The owner has the remote, when he needs to park a car the tumb prints appear on the remote and the signals from the remote force the door to automatically get open and close later when car is parked.Wheeler Goodman Masek is the project architect, Bay Engineering is the civil engineering firm and Skarda and Associates Inc. is the structural engineer.Looking for a unique historic home in Rockville's Historic District?
