Holme Valley plans decisions


KIRKLEES Council has made the following decisions on Holme Valley planning applications: Conditional permission: * MD One Ltd, change of use and alterations to convert mill buildings to seven houses with garages and building of 12 houses with garages (conservation area), Hinchliffe Mill, Water Street, Holmbridge. * Mr and Mrs G R Van Bellen, extension to time limit for implementing existing permission for renewal of unimplemented permission for demolition of two houses and outline for residential development, Bankfield Court, Almondbury.


The red, brick building sits on the northbound streetcar line on 10th Avenue. It is two stories and has 10,000 square feet. It has two grade-level, or ground-floor, roll-up doors and an abundance of windows.
